Fredonia in 1991, Carl embarked on a successful career as a radio host in both Buffalo and Houston, before setting his sights on New York City. Laying down roots in Manhattan's East Village, he worked as a freelance voice actor and audio engineer while gaining an intimate knowledge of the city's neighborhoods.

In 2005, Carl transitioned into real estate, acquiring his sales license and joining the Highline Residential team. With years of experience, he is an expert in navigating both the rental and sales processes and is particularly knowledgeable about the voucher program. Carl is dedicated to providing clients with efficient, fair, and ethical service.
