A bit of a bind me and my partner are in currently. We just signed a new lease but was recently told that I have to relocate back to DC for my job :(

The place is a five minute walking distance to the NAVY YARD eateries and east river ferry, commuting to Queens and downtown Manhattan in under 10 min.
Available for move-in as early as June 24th, looking for July 1st latest!
