The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Located just 1 block from the N/W trains, it's 3 stops to Lexington in Manhattan. Bedrooms have parquet floors. Kitchen and both full bathrooms have granite floors. Kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas range and dishwasher. There is also a separate room with another full-size refrigerator and more cabinet space. There is a shared balcony attached to the living room. The largest room has a private balcony. A portable air condition may be used for that room in the summer months. The smaller rooms have sleeves for wall AC units. During the winter, heat is provided to the whole house via radiators. Windows are very large throughout. Other trains nearby include the R/M at Steinway Street and the Q66 bus. Heat, Hot Water and cooking gas are the included utilities. Tenant is responsible for electricity. Please, no pets.

There are no laundry facilities on-site but the nearest laundromat is just around the block. You can ask us at the time of listing if you would be interested in a parking spot if one becomes available. Parking would be a separate charge from the rent.
