The apartment is ideally located literally 15 feet from the Vernon Blvd. 7 train subway station, which is a blessing when the weather gets cold or rainy. For those who don't know Long Island City, it is a vibrant and welcoming community with plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars. The 7 train will get you to grand central in 5 minutes, Times square in 8 and the Highline in 10. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the waterfront which has the best views of Manhattan. It's beautiful newly renovated boardwalk with plenty green space to lounge and sunbath. The water taxi takes you to 34th street in 2 minutes and Brooklyn in 10. You can also bike or walk to Greenpoint and Williamsburg from the apartment.
