This is a modern 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has an in-suite bathroom, and the apartment features central air, an in-unit virtual doorman. There is a shared outdoor space for all residents in the building. Pets are allowed but no more than 20-25lbs.
NOTE: It is an additional $150/month to include the Washer and Dryer in unit. If you do not want that option, the space can work as a utility/storage closet.
