- Building has two roof decks.
- No dogs.
- This is a co-op building, and the approval process can take 1-2 months.
- Non-refundable Fees: $150 credit check fee.
- Refundable Fees: $500 application deposit (refunded if application is approved), $500 move-in deposit (refunded if no damage), $500 move-out deposit (refunded if no damage), $4950 security deposit (refundable if no damage to apartment), and first-month's rent (refunded if application is denied).
