The original concept statement for this Schulman & Soloway designed building was to construct "Oversized Units by the Sea." This sponsor unit was meticulously renovated and designed by its owners. One, an architect who grew up around the development of the building, can remember falling into the first excavation pit in 1956; the other is a published interior designer and artist.
