This apartment is located on ground floor in a lovely brownstone on West 75 Street between Riverside Drive and West End Ave. This lovely, 11' wide x 25' long, quiet studio is on the ground floor of a charming brownstone on a wonderful upper westside tree lined block, just steps from Riverside Park.

Electricity, Cooking Gas, Heat and Hot Water are included in the rent. You pay for your own internet/cable tv.
During the summer months, there is a monthly $35 A/C fee while your air conditioner is in the window.
You purchase your own A/C unit. We install it for you in the Spring and remove it for you before the heating season.
When your A/C is removed from the window, the monthly fee stops.

No dogs (no exceptions), but one cat is okay.

The building has a full time super and property manager so the building is kept very neat and clean.
The owner lives one block away.

Excellent neighborhood for grocery shopping with Fairway and Citerella just up the block on Broadway, along with Trader Joe's on 72nd and Zabar's on 80th St. No laundry in the building but several good laundry services are near by.
