It seems to us that Highline should think seriously about adding a category to the Rating part of the survey. We need to express in the strongest conceivable way our delight and extreme satisfaction with the work performed on our behalf by Mark Roldan, the best broker, by a considerable measure, that we have ever met and worked with. Although we are well acquainted with the five-point scale of the rating system used in this survey, we feel that sometimes it falls short and does not adequately convey an extreme level of satisfaction, and indeed admiration. We are well beyond Very Satisfied; we are firmly Extremely Satisfied. We spoke with a few brokers, all from exceptionally good firms, during our search for a rental apartment on New York's Upper East Side.
