We found Jason to be a consummate professional. He listened closely to our needs, wants and budget; worked out a good short list of recommendations for viewing; had us prepared with all necessary application documents before touring; and when we decided what unit we wanted, he acted fast to get together with the listing broker and get our application in. Jason was prompt (actually early) for our appointments and smoothed things out by improvising when touring didn’t go exactly as scheduled. He was also attentive and supportive in our lease negotiations, understanding our positions, even if I might have pushed too hard on some things. Jason was open and honest about everything, including things we might not want to hear. So, we trusted his recommendations as to quality of space and price, knowing he wasn’t just trying to make a quick deal and move on. When the time comes again for a new place, we’ll be going back to Jason.
