Jenaya held our hands through the entire renting process. Jenaya showed us a wide selection of apartments and listened very carefully to what we wanted and honed the search accordingly. We are from the UK so the system of applications, gurantor approval and leases was unknown to us. Jenaya helped us through every stage. Her patience, attention to detail and dogged determination are amazing and greatly appreciated. In short, we could not have embarked on this process without Jenaya and would not have ended up with this dream apartment without Jenaya. Working with Jenaya to find my new apartment was one of the best experiences I've had since moving here two years ago. Despite me being adverse to working with a broker in the beginning, she made sure to address my concerns and remained transparent and extremely professional throughout the process. She was conscious of my schedule when booking viewings and kept all the information regarding broker fees, amenity fees, building details, etc. organized and accessible to me. There was even an occasion where she was able to negotiate my monthly rent because of nearby construction which confirmed she was truly working in my best interest. On top of that, she talked me through how to look for things like windowsill water damage and explained the rights I have pertaining to keyless entry/new door locks. Finding a broker you can trust is really difficult in this city and Jenaya proved over and over again that she wanted the best outcome for me. Overall, I highly recommend working with her and she'll be my first stop if I need to move again.
