Sam is the best broker I ever worked with. Brooklyn real estate is often referred to as the Wild West, but Sam is everything most brokers aren’t — honest, attentive, candid and pragmatic. When I needed an apartment, he really listened to my budget and needs, properly set my expectations, and ultimately found me a great apartment that was under my budget. He didn’t try to upsell me or talk me into a different neighborhood with smaller units for more money or hard sell an apartment I didn’t like — which was basically my experience with every other broker.

Sam is wonderful! He knows the neighborhoods inside and out, and his super quick communication made my apartment search a breeze. I appreciated his straightforward approach- he definitely tells it like it is, which is so refreshing in a market full of fluff. He found me a rental in the East Village at Brooklyn prices (talk about a win!). I couldn’t be happier with my home and the whole experience. If you want an agent that keeps it real, makes you laugh and gets you the apartment of your dreams, you won’t regret working with Sam.

Sam helped me find my first apartment in NYC. He’s talented, patient and he’s a true professional. He knows the real estate market well. Would recommend him 100% to anyone looking for an apartment in NYC.

Never, ever admits when he's wrong. This has nothing to do with a real estate transaction, Google his name for that.. 10 plus years of experience leaves a paper trail. Duh.. But I ran into him at House of Yes the other day and we argued ALL night until he just walked away! Jerk. Sure, 8 months here isn't "Mr. Native" like he is - but I'm saavy, I got my new yawk - I know the upper west side Is the best spot to get a chopped cheese - with truffels! in the city, always has been. always will be. our battle of wits was all about MY neighborhood - Williamsburg. I;ve lived her all of my NYC legacy, a native in my own way, I know my neighborhood and.. while he didn't argue or get upset, he would not let up that 131st street and 101 ave was OZONE PARK QUEENS (!)!)! *NOT* Williamsburg. every agent I worked there said 'yeah, Karen this is Williamsburg." are all of THEM liars? sure, it's a more up and coming part of it but.sure, the train is a hike and.. like racoons in the city was unexpected..anyways.. he's exhausting. i'm exhausted writing this. he's a know it
